Lindsay Reef
Director
Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Indiana with a major in Psychology and a minor in Social Work. She has over 10 years of experience working as a professional in both education and social services. She has served as a case manager/life skills clinician for children with behavioral and emotional disorders, as an early childhood educator in Washington DC, in K-12 as a second-grade teacher, and, administratively, as Director of Operations at The Goddard School. She believes wholeheartedly that positive early childhood learning is essential for strong growth and development. Children have incredible brain development in the first three years of life, making all interactions, experiences, and opportunities for exploration vitally important. The investment in quality early childhood education improves children’s long-term outcomes in social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development for years to come. She is passionate about providing a warm and positive environment for children and families while promoting excellence in early childhood education. She lives in Westfield, Indiana with her husband.
